In this enigmatic work, the blurred contours of Notre-Dame emerge in the background, rising from an urban mist steeped in mystery. The silhouettes of Parisian buildings dissolve into a hazy, almost dreamlike atmosphere. In the foreground, three human figures — barely sketched — appear suspended in silence, detached from the bustle of the city. Through the use of softened forms and muted tones, Nikolaï Dronnikov suggests more than he reveals, inviting contemplation and personal interpretation.
